Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šSupport monthly closing, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements. šPrepare management reports, financial indicators, and variance analyses. šMonitor revenues, expenses, and operational costs, identifying improvements. šEnsure compliance with Brazilian regulations (BACEN and Receita Federal). šManage accounting of crypto-related operations, including settlements and FX variations. šMaintain strong internal controls and data integrity across systems, need to keep a rigorous track on every transaction monitoring the counterparties and receipts/contracts to justify each of our transfers. šAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. šReconcile on-chain/off-chain transactions and support cash flow monitoring. šPrepare and submit ECD, ECF, and perform accurate tax calculations.
Qualifications
šBachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. š1+ years of experience in controllership, accounting, or auditing (preferably fintech or crypto). šSolid knowledge of BR GAAP, tax obligations (ECD/ECF), and regulatory compliance. šExperience with financial ERPs and Excel/Google Sheets šStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication. šFluency in Portuguese and English.
