Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šContent Strategy & Planning: šDevelop and implement a content strategy that aligns with Decentralandās brand, community needs, and marketing goals. šConduct SEO research and leverage community insights to guide content topics, structure, and delivery formats. šCollaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align content plans with product launches, community events, and strategic campaigns. šResearch and stay informed of community sentiment, needs, and interests to inform content direction and stay in touch with community values. šContent Creation & Management: šWrite and manage a range of content, including blogs, newsletters, product announcements, and email automation sequences. šEnsure all content maintains the Decentraland voice, is engaging and inspiring, and resonates with the community. šManage an editorial calendar and production pipeline, ensuring consistency and timely publication. šStrategically repurpose content across different channels (e.g., social media, blog, newsletters) to maximize engagement and extend the lifespan of each piece. šKnow how to leverage AI tools for ideation, editing, and repurposing while understanding its limitations. šSEO & Analytics: šConduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to drive organic growth and improve visibility across search engines. šTrack and report on key content metrics, leveraging insights to refine strategies and improve performance. šMonitor content performance, conducting regular audits and adjusting strategy based on data and feedback.
