Responsibilities

📍Manage and supervise the entire construction process, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgetary guidelines, and quality standards. 📍Manage and supervise facility maintenance 📍Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth workflow and project progression. 📍Oversee on-site construction activities, conduct regular inspections, and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment. 📍Provide effective leadership and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project. 📍Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient project delivery. 📍Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements and industry standards. 📍Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide progress updates, address concerns, and resolve any construction-related issues. 📍Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and ensure the delivery of a superior final product. 📍Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, change orders, and project records. 📍Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

📍Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (preferred). 📍Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
📍In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety protocols specific to data center facilities.
