Job Summary

In this role, you will:

šŸ“Drive audits and GRC initiatives across OpenAI. šŸ“Enable OpenAIā€™s business by prioritizing where to mitigate risks and build processes that reduce friction and enable the teams and/or projects you support to use their resources most effectively. šŸ“Partner with internal teams to scope projects and initiatives that move our key objectives forward. šŸ“Automate away administrative burdens so you and the team can focus on the next most pressing / challenging operational priorities. šŸ“Leverage the collective knowledge of the team: learn and develop expertise to cover gaps, bolster important efforts and projects, internalize feedback, and take charge of your personal growth. šŸ“Build and improve the operational workflows for Compliance & Security across OpenAI.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

šŸ“Experience and expertise in at least one area GRC, security, or security-adjacent fields. šŸ“A robust understanding of security and privacy compliance and regulatory standards. šŸ“Excellent program management skills, with a track record of having delivered on complex initiatives in a fast-moving environment. šŸ“Experience leading third-party compliance audits. šŸ“Strong written communication and customer service skills with an ability to engage across all levels of internal and external leadership. šŸ“Ability to empathize and collaborate with colleagues, independently manage and run projects, and prioritize efforts for risk reduction. šŸ“Ability to learn new skills and technologies to deliver the most effective solutions, and break down technical work into pieces that you both understand and can re-articulate to others. šŸ“Strong attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently following through on open requests. šŸ“Experience operationalizing workflows to increase responsiveness with an eye toward continuous compliance and continuous process improvement. šŸ“Experience developing and navigating technical and compliance documentation and contract language.
