Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šRegulatory Examination & Audit Coordination šPrepare comprehensive examination and audit materials, responses, and presentations for regulatory reviews šCoordinate personnel preparation for regulatory interviews and presentations šGather and organize required data for regulatory submissions Submit timely information and documentation to regulatory authorities šMaintain detailed documentation of examinations, audits, inquiries, and follow-up actions šRisk Management & Assessment šConduct thorough compliance risk assessments by legal entity and subject matter šIdentify, analyze, and mitigate compliance risks across business operations šDevelop and implement risk management strategies and controls
Required Qualifications
šBachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred š5-7 years of progressive compliance experience with increasing responsibility šComprehensive regulatory knowledge spanning both traditional finance (TradeFi) and cryptocurrency/digital asset regulations globally šStrong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills šProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet regulatory deadlines šExperience working with regulatory authorities and audit firms
