Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Manage the existing portfolio of KYC and KYB vendors, evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for improvement or expansion. šŸ“Continuously monitor the performance of compliance products and systems to ensure they align with legal, regulatory, and company standards. šŸ“Track and report on key compliance metrics, highlighting any potential areas of concern or non-compliance. šŸ“Evaluate the efficiency of existing compliance products and processes to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and streamlining. šŸ“Work cross-functionally with compliance, product, engineering, and operations teams to implement improvements or upgrades to compliance products. šŸ“Investigate complex or unusual edge cases where compliance rules or systems may not be functioning as expected. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, or product failures that may arise in compliance workflows. šŸ“Proactively identify potential risks or gaps in compliance operations and take steps to mitigate them before they escalate. šŸ“Escalate critical compliance issues to management when necessary and provide recommendations for corrective action. Recommend and implement process changes or new tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance operations.

Requirements

šŸ“Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance/risk related operations, or product management, or cooperate internal operating system/tools management roles. Preferably in Finance or Technology industry; Crypto experience will be an added advantage. šŸ“Excellent understanding of product and project management principles. Good technical understanding and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audience. šŸ“Result-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to derive insights and make decisions. šŸ“Excellent time management and coordination skills to concurrently manage multiple projects and adhere to schedule. šŸ“Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in collaborating with compliance, legal, and risk teams. šŸ“Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex compliance issues to non-technical stakeholders.
