Job Summary
Some responsibilities of the Compliance Internship role may include, but are not limited to:
📍Working in teams and independently to develop and lead short-term compliance projects and initiatives. 📍Assisting in the production and review of related materials for various risk forums/committees. 📍Performing quality control audits of compliance processes. 📍Gathering and analyzing relevant compliance-related information to create deliverables and establish necessary recommendations on compliance matters such as, Training, Regulatory Change Management, Metrics, Reporting, etc. 📍Executing ad hoc reporting for management as needed. Initiating change, integration, operationalization/automation of new and existing systems and processes. 📍Follow up the new laws and regulations of the financial market that impact the company; 📍Provide support in the relationship with regulators; 📍Monitor key global regulations; 📍Creating an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion where all perspectives are valued and all people are welcomed.
