Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Act as a sparring partner for our HR People Partner team to support the business. 📍Drive our annual pay review process (from budget forecast to individual increase decisions) while partnering with the other key stakeholders (HR, Finance). Support in driving our pay-for-impact philosophy and fair pay practices. 📍Own compensation benchmarking activities to remain competitive globally. Build & maintain salary ranges, compensation structures, compensation guidelines and job catalogue. 📍Collect and leverage real-time competitive intelligence from direct sources and best-in-class practices. Be on top of market trends to identify opportunities and gaps. 📍Shape our sales incentive schemes with the Business to foster Bitpanda’s sales team high performance. 📍Work with the broader People & Workplaces team to develop communications plans to enhance understanding and transparency of “how we reward” at Bitpanda. 📍Develop analytics dashboards and tools to report on internal pay equity and keep preparing for the European Pay Transparency Directive.
Who you are
📍4+ years of demonstrated experience in global compensation domain in a technology company or fast-paced global environment. 📍Passionate about numbers and data analysis, research, cost modeling and advanced Excel skills. 📍Able to deal with ambiguity and work well under pressure to meet deadlines whilst maintaining the utmost attention to detail. 📍A team player, quick comprehension, solution-oriented and precise way of working; ability to work reliably both independently and with other team members across the company. 📍Excellent presentation skills, ability to shape up proposals, creating training guides and rewards communication material for employees 📍Full professional proficiency (both written and verbal) in English is required
