Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šManage bemoās Twitter, LinkedIn, and Medium channels, ensuring regular, engaging, and relevant updates šMaintain and grow the bemo Telegram channel (in English) by facilitating meaningful conversations and fostering a positive community environment šRespond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally across all platforms šCoordinate with community support contributors, guiding them on tasks, content ideas, and engagement strategies šMonitor contributor performance and ensure alignment with community goals and bemoās brand tone šCollaborate with internal teams to ensure social media content aligns with product updates, campaigns, and company announcements šGather and share feedback from the community to improve bemoās products and services šStay up-to-date on trends in crypto, blockchain, and community management to keep content fresh and engaging šRegularly review and optimize community management strategies for higher engagement and improved communication
Community Support Manager
šFluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills šExperience managing Telegram communities and familiarity with crypto audience dynamics šAt least 1 year of experience working in crypto or blockchain-related communities or social media roles šStrong understanding of TON blockchain or the ability to learn quickly about its ecosystem and offerings šProven experience managing Twitter, LinkedIn, and Medium accounts for a brand or project šAbility to develop strategies to drive engagement and grow community presence šOrganized and capable of multitasking across multiple communication channels and teams
