Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Manage bemo’s Twitter, LinkedIn, and Medium channels, ensuring regular, engaging, and relevant updates 📍Maintain and grow the bemo Telegram channel (in English) by facilitating meaningful conversations and fostering a positive community environment 📍Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally across all platforms 📍Coordinate with community support contributors, guiding them on tasks, content ideas, and engagement strategies 📍Monitor contributor performance and ensure alignment with community goals and bemo’s brand tone 📍Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media content aligns with product updates, campaigns, and company announcements 📍Gather and share feedback from the community to improve bemo’s products and services 📍Stay up-to-date on trends in crypto, blockchain, and community management to keep content fresh and engaging 📍Regularly review and optimize community management strategies for higher engagement and improved communication
Community Support Manager
📍Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills 📍Experience managing Telegram communities and familiarity with crypto audience dynamics 📍At least 1 year of experience working in crypto or blockchain-related communities or social media roles 📍Strong understanding of TON blockchain or the ability to learn quickly about its ecosystem and offerings 📍Proven experience managing Twitter, LinkedIn, and Medium accounts for a brand or project 📍Ability to develop strategies to drive engagement and grow community presence 📍Organized and capable of multitasking across multiple communication channels and teams
