Job Summary
About the role:
📍DRESSX is looking for a Community Manager specialist to grow and manage the community gathered on Discord Server, Twitter account, and more social platforms from our ecosystem, as well as IRL events. 📍This is a full-time, remote position. 📍DRESSX cultivates a culture of fashion, innovation and sustainability and you can become a part of this future-driven team.
What you will do with us at DRESSX:
📍Structure, organize, manage, animate and support the Discord server & Twitter account 📍Establish a strategic plan to grow the Discord server & Twitter account, with weekly/monthly/quarterly growth KPIs and to be able to use tools that might be needed for automation or analytics 📍You will be responsible for growing an NFT fashion community across multiple channels (Discord, Twitter and more) 📍You will be responsible for creating and implementation of various contests and similar promotions to fuel community growth, in partnership with other projects and brands 📍You will monitor all the content and respond to all the questions from the users, making sure all the questions are answered and all the comments (especially negative) are immediately addressed and reframed in a favour of the community and the Discord server or Twitter account of DRESSX 📍You will be responsible for engaging daily with our community on Discord & Twitter in a way that builds excitement for our NFT drop and launches of the collection while also creating a strong community. 📍You will create and execute the schedule of the sub-activities to grow the server (for example Twitter spaces, Clubhouse Rooms, Instagram lives etc) 📍You will coordinate with the social media team on the alignment of the announcements
Who you are:
📍You have professional experience in growing and running the communities and running the Discord servers 📍Proven success growing a twitter account & discord server above 10k members 📍You must love living on Discord, Twitter and social media. 📍You should have held a prior leadership role in the community and/or social media management, ideally for at least one prior successful NFT launch. 📍You should have a creative, strategic approach to community growth and engagement 📍You must have great written English skills and a good eye 📍We anticipate you to be familiar what we build at DRESSX
