As our Community Manager, you will be the pulse and the voice of the Galxe community, driving active engagement within the Galxe DAO, and fostering collaboration with other active DAOs. Your core responsibility is to maintain a steady governance process, draft insightful proposals, and develop a DAO-oriented community. In this role, you will also extend your influence to other relevant DAOs and ensure a positive sentiment within our Discord server.

👉 Responsibilities Collaborate with DAOs and comprehend the intricacies of DAO operations, including governance processes and proposal drafting. Conduct thorough research on different DAOs to understand their structure, communities, and prevailing sentiments. Build, nurture, and manage DAO-oriented communities, leveraging your expertise for their expansion and progression. Lead and engage our web3 community, fostering a positive and encouraging environment. Conceptualize, organize, and execute community campaigns and initiatives aimed at enhancing community growth and development. Ensure a positive and respectful ambiance within our Discord server. Responsibilities include Discord operations management, moderating discussions, and devising strategies to encourage healthy engagement. Commit to a flexible schedule and provide the required time to ensure the wellbeing and satisfaction of the community.

Requirements Proven experience in managing and leading web3 communities. In-depth understanding of DAOs, including their governance processes, proposal drafting mechanisms, and strategies for building DAO-oriented communities. Prior experience in developing and implementing community campaigns and initiatives. Proficiency in managing Discord servers, with a proven track record of nurturing a positive and constructive online environment. Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule and the commitment to provide the necessary time for the optimal functioning of the community. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive and positive mindset, coupled with a genuine passion for community building.

Additionally, knowledge of blockchain technology and prior experience in a decentralized environment would be highly advantageous. Proficiency in using other communication tools and platforms prevalent in the web3 community is also preferred. (edited)
