Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a community management strategy to build and grow a strong and engaged community. Monitor and respond to community feedback, comments, and questions in a timely and professional manner. Create engaging and informative content to share with the community, including regular updates about NavExM's development, upcoming features and the Crypto Industry. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute community-focused campaigns and initiatives. Identify and engage with influencers and thought leaders in the crypto community to expand NavExM's reach and influence. Organize and host online events, such as webinars and AMAs (Ask Me Anything), to educate and engage the community. Track and analyze community engagement and sentiment, providing regular reports to the NavExM team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 3+ years' in marketing, advertising or related role. Proven track record of building and growing engaged communities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong social media skills and experience managing communities on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and others. Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Experience working with influencers and managing online events. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Positive and professional attitude, with a passion for community building and cryptocurrency.
