Job Summary
About the Role:
šDevelop and execute tailored communication plans for South Cone (specifically Argentina and Chile), including messaging, audience targeting, media opportunities, and channel selection šProvide timely crisis communication responses and develop protocols to mitigate reputational risks šCollaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and build strong relationships with stakeholders šLead media relations efforts, managing press queries, interviews, and story pitches for positive coverage šManage external communication agencies in Argentina and Chile and monitor their performance šDraft and supervise media monitoring activities and create reports to evaluate communication effectiveness šOversee content creation for press releases, articles, and social media, ensuring consistency in messaging
About You:
š6+ years of experience in Communications šBe able to operate with empathy in a hybrid, collaborative and fast-paced environment with cross-functional colleagues in various time zones šCreative and analytical problem-solving skills šProactive, constantly seeking ways to improve their area of responsibility šEffective prioritization when it comes to project management, navigating time-sensitive projects while maintaining quality on other important workstreams šExperience in global tech/start-up companies with crypto/blockchain/web 3 being a plus šProven ability to drive results and create transformational impact šAbility and desire to thrive in an ever changing environment šFluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
