Job Summary
Responsibilities
šSupport client onboarding by reviewing documentation and ensuring data accuracy. šAssist with transaction monitoring, wallet checks, and client screenings using internal tools. šCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. šProvide high-quality support to clients and help strengthen relationships to identify growth opportunities. šConduct periodic client reviews to assess relationship health and potential risks. šGrow into full responsibility for a client portfolio, becoming the primary point of contact over time.
Requirements
šBachelorās degree in business, finance, or a related fieldāalternatively a completed banking apprenticeship combined with several years of relevant professional experience š1ā2 years of experience in relationship management, client onboarding, or compliance related functions šInterest in digital assets, fintech, or financial services šStrong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset šExcellent communication skills and a client-centric attitude šStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively šFluent in English; German or other languages are a plus
