Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Work closely with the CCO to define and execute the division's strategic priorities. 📍Work closely with the CCO to define and manage the budget for the Commercial Division 📍Assist with commercial division organization structure and planning 📍Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of divisional objectives. 📍Act as a key advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer, providing insights and recommendations on business operations and strategy. 📍Represent the Commercial division in executive meetings and communicate strategic decisions to relevant stakeholders. 📍Support the CCO in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes. 📍Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Qualifications, Skills and competencies:
📍Proven experience in a strategic role within a Commercial division, preferably in a financial services and/or product software company 📍Strong understanding of sales, product management 📍Understanding of software and professional services pricing a preferred 📍Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders. 📍Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects. 📍A highly adaptable problem solver with the ability to work under pressure 📍Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
