Key Responsibilities
šStrategic Finance & Leadership šServe as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team, helping to drive growth and long-term value creation. šLead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling. šPartner with executive team and department leads to align financial goals with company OKRs and strategic priorities. šBuild and evolve internal financial systems and reporting infrastructure to support scale and complexity.
About You
š10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, ideally including time at a high-growth tech startup and/or Web3 company. šDeep understanding of digital assets, onchain financial operations, and tokenomics. šDemonstrated experience managing treasury operations, including crypto portfolios and a variety of digital assets. šProven track record leading equity or token fundraising rounds from seed to growth stages. šStrong command of SaaS and ecosystem-based business models; comfortable in a data-driven, metrics-oriented environment. šExperience managing international legal entities, cross-border payments, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
