đź“ŤLead the Irish entity, ensuring full compliance with MiCA and Irish regulations. đź“ŤDrive the company's strategy for crypto payment gateway services. đź“ŤOversee all operations, risk management, compliance, and financial performance. đź“ŤAct as the primary liaison with the CBI and other regulatory bodies. đź“ŤNurture impactful relationships with key external stakeholders to build trust and promote growth opportunities for the firm.
Your Profile:
đź“ŤStrong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. đź“ŤExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. đź“ŤDeep understanding of the crypto or payments industry. đź“ŤComprehensive knowledge of MiCA and Irish financial services regulations. đź“ŤExperience in scaling operations, managing P&L, and navigating regulatory environments.
