Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDevelop and oversee comprehensive strategies and operational processes for both large-scale and small-scale sales initiatives. šCraft a go-to-market strategy for the current product, emphasizing a unique value proposition. šManage budgeting processes and contribute to pricing strategy development. šCollaborate closely with product, marketing, and finance teams. šLead high-level negotiations with top management and present product offerings effectively. šSupervise document management and ensure efficient reporting processes.
Requirements
šAt least 3 years of experience in a senior commercial role within the IT sector, particularly in Web3 or blockchain technologies. šA strong track record of developing successful B2B and B2C sales structures across international markets. šDemonstrated creativity and initiative in identifying and implementing effective sales management tools. šFull English level proficiency, as well as Russian language fluency.
