What you’ll do

📍Take ownership of LI.FI’s data strategy and shape the path toward Head of Data 📍Lead and align data efforts across product, backend, DevOps, and analyst/scientist teams 📍Build and evolve our internal insights platform to reduce time from data request to delivery 📍Ensure scalable, reliable pipelines for tracking API and product usage 📍Define and champion best practices in data modeling, documentation, governance, and infrastructure 📍Translate product and business questions into concrete data projects and pipelines 📍Mentor and support the data team as it grows, creating processes that scale

What we’re looking for

📍6+ years in data-focused roles (engineering, analytics, or analytics engineering) 📍Experience mentoring or leading team members; motivated to step into a Head of Data role 📍Strong technical background with our tech stack (SQL, Python, cloud data warehouses, pipelines) 📍Experience building or scaling data/insights platforms 📍Ability to bridge technical and business discussions, with excellent communication skills 📍Curious about crypto and DeFi (experience is a plus, but not required)
