Job Summary
What will you be bringing to the team?
📍Analyze business processes and document requirements using business process modeling techniques. 📍Capture and translate user needs into functional and technical specifications. 📍Use methodologies such as Agile, RUP, UML, to structure and manage requirements. 📍Develop and contribute to key documents such as Project Initiation Requests, Business Cases, and Change Requests. 📍Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented. 📍Define acceptance criteria and test plans for validating project deliverables. 📍Ensure usability and UI best practices are considered when defining solutions. 📍Present analysis, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position? 📍Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in business process modeling. 📍Strong knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, RUP, and UML. 📍Experience working with business process modeling tools. 📍Familiarity with usability and UI design principles. 📍Ability to analyze, organize, and present data effectively. 📍Experience in writing Project Initiation Requests, Business Cases, and Change Requests. 📍Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 📍Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment. 📍Good knowledge of English
