Job Summary

The opportunity

📍Act as the lead finance partner to multiple business units and provide financial guidance to drive alignment with the company’s strategic priorities 📍Develop, deliver, and maintain insightful reporting for senior leadership to enable optimal financial management of their area of the business 📍Own the annual planning and forecasting processes, including thoughtful analysis and evaluation of forward looking drivers and operational efficiencies for specific lines of business 📍Initiate and implement process improvements that enable collaboration, productivity and transparency between Finance and key business partners 📍Drive regular reporting processes on business line KPIs, including building reporting dashboards and analysis for business review meetings 📍Evaluate financial and operational results to better understand business unit performance and identify opportunities in both revenue growth and expense management 📍Work closely with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting and close 📍Based in US preferred

đź“ŤThe ideal candidate will have 5 - 7+ years of progressive experience with demonstrated growth in Finance/FP&A positions, a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA a plus) đź“ŤExperience supporting major cost areas and/or functions đź“ŤTrack record of performance in a high growth, dynamic environment with a bias toward action with strong analytical skills and solid business judgment đź“ŤProven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners and executives.
