Senior BA / PM — Tokenized Securities Location: Lower Manhattan, NYC Job Type: Contract Duration: 1-2 Year Engagement Priority: Highest | Delivery Target: This Year Active Workgroups & Legal Reviews Underway

Overview A global fintech infrastructure firm is advancing a tokenized securities initiative with active workgroups and multi-jurisdictional legal reviews underway. The BA/PM will support the build-out of an architecture intentionally distinct from traditional broker dealer activity to ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires someone who can bridge traditional securities workflows with blockchain infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements documentation for the tokenized securities platform • Map user journeys and process flows accounting for legal, regulatory, and jurisdictional complexity • Coordinate between engineering leadership, legal counsel, and senior stakeholders to align requirements • Document architecture decisions as the platform is designed distinct from broker dealer systems • Work across multiple squads to align delivery on an evolving regulatory and technical landscape • Assess risk and flag compliance dependencies in coordination with legal and compliance teams • Serve as primary BA/PM driver — PMO liaison will handle routine tracking

Required Experience

• 6+ years in a hybrid BA/PM role with financial services and digital assets exposure • Institutional experience with tokenized securities, digital asset infrastructure, or blockchain-based financial products • Understanding of traditional securities workflows — settlement, custody, corporate actions, regulatory reporting • Familiarity with token standards, smart contract workflows, or on-chain settlement processes • Ability to navigate complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments • Strong documentation skills producing artifacts for both business and engineering audiences

Preferred Experience

• Background at or working with tokenization, digital asset custody, or blockchain infrastructure firms • Experience designing digital asset architecture distinct from traditional broker dealer systems • Knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and international digital asset regulatory frameworks • Agile delivery experience in a fintech or financial infrastructure environment
