Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šAnalyze financial data and trends to extract actionable insights and recommendations. šPrepare comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to facilitate informed decision-making. šMonitor and evaluate our financial performance against established targets, identifying areas for improvement. šAssist in the development of financial models and projections to support long-term strategic planning. šCollaborate with various teams across the organization to align financial strategies with broader business initiatives. šIdentify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings to enhance operational efficiency. šEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in financial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications & Skill Set required:
šBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. šA minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role within the fintech or financial services industry. šStrong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of interpreting complex financial data and extracting meaningful insights. šFamiliarity with Management Information Systems (MIS), accounting practices, and budgeting techniques. šProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools for data analysis and modeling. šExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to diverse stakeholders. šAbility to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, leveraging collective expertise to achieve shared objectives. šCapability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
