Responsibility

📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables 📍Create and maintain the projects’ roadmap, milestones and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind 📍Identify and manage project risks and issues 📍Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all key stakeholders are apprised of progress and issues are resolved in a timely manner 📍Develop and maintain project documentation 📍Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities 📍Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business objectives 📍Partner with IT and vendor/s to design, develop and/or enhance solution by combining system, data, process, digital and other automation tools with subject matter knowledge to address business needs 📍Assist in production support to ensure smooth operation of the Finance systems to the end users

Requirements

📍Ideally 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst with a fast paced MNC/startup, candidates with less experience will be considered too 📍A data informed work > 📍Demonstrated leadership, taking initiative and producing results 📍Strong problem solving and communication skills 📍Strong strategic vision and innovative mindset 📍Always think outside the box 📍Proficient in evaluating and implementing digital tools and technologies, such as cloud platforms, data analytics, automation tools etc. 📍Prior experience in the Finance transformation space 📍Experience in the crypto industry is a plus
