Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
đź“ŤAct as a liaison between regulatory business teams and IT teams. đź“ŤAnalyse and interpret regulatory requirements (e.g., PRA, FCA, MAS, HKMA, ASIC). đź“ŤConduct gap analyses and impact assessments. đź“ŤGather and document business and functional requirements (BRDs, FRDs). đź“ŤDevelop and maintain traceability matrices and process flows. đź“ŤSupport system testing and coordinate UAT with business users. đź“ŤCollaborate with global and regional teams to deliver jurisdiction specific regulatory solutions. đź“ŤProvide regular updates to stakeholders and manage project documentation. đź“ŤEnsure compliance with internal project lifecycle and governance standards. đź“ŤEscalate risks and issues as needed.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential đź“Ť10+ years of experience in business analysis within IT and regulatory environments. đź“ŤWell-grounded in financial services and adept at navigating the evolving landscape of crypto assets. đź“ŤHands-on experience with MS Office tools and Atlassian tools đź“ŤExperience supporting organisational change initiatives or transformation programs. đź“ŤExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. đź“ŤAbility to work in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
