Job Summary
What you’ll be responsible for:
📍Reporting to the VP, Europe, you are a senior leader capable of developing, owning and managing large partner relationships and strategic initiatives. You will be directly responsible for: 📍Spearheading the achievement of ambitious company-wide business objectives. 📍Establishing and growing significant alliances with prominent European entities to drive the adoption and expansion of USDC 📍Driving the entire sales process from initial prospecting to the closure of the deals, ensuring end to end management and successful outcomes. 📍Steering and overseeing the execution of commercial agreements with diverse organizations spanning various segments within Circle's suite of products and services. 📍Developing innovative partnership approaches that leverage Circle’s assets and tap into partner assets and capabilities to drive business growth. 📍Bringing both strategic foresight and operational excellence into the Platform Distribution and Global Business team.
What you'll bring to Circle:
📍A minimum of 15 years of extensive experience in Business Development or Strategic Partner Management roles, demonstrating a track record of successful engagements. 📍Knowledge in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology, showcasing comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape. 📍Possesses a background in the fintech industry, bringing valuable insights and experience in navigating financial technology landscapes and trends. 📍Proven capability in negotiating and securing high-impact strategic deals at a C-level audience level, exhibiting strong persuasive and communication skills. 📍Exemplary aptitude in pipeline management, showcasing the ability to effectively prioritize across a broad spectrum of initiatives, thereby optimizing business growth opportunities. 📍Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English, enabling clear and impactful engagement with diverse stakeholders. 📍Enthusiasm for early-stage development, displaying a genuine interest in contributing to and refining company processes.
