šŸ“Develop and implement a long-term brand strategy that aligns with the Arbitrum Foundationā€™s overall business objectives. šŸ“Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning. šŸ“Create a strong brand identity, including a logo, tagline, and visual language. šŸ“Establish brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels. šŸ“Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and visibility. šŸ“Leverage a mix of Web3 and non-Web3 marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, PR, and paid advertising. šŸ“Identify and partner with key influencers, partners and media outlets to amplify brand messaging. šŸ“Monitor brand sentiment and reputation, and take proactive measures to address any issues. šŸ“Create and manage a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints, including the website and social media. šŸ“Develop and implement full-funnel marketing programs to foster long-term relationships with builders and users. šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in product launches and updates. šŸ“Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand health and marketing effectiveness. šŸ“Track and analyze brand metrics, such as brand awareness, brand perception, and brand preference. šŸ“Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

šŸ“5+ years in full-funnel campaign design and management across growth and brand, in relation to Web2 and Web3 experiences; case study & presentation required during the interview. šŸ“Proven track record in brand marketing, preferably in the blockchain industry and in-depth knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem. šŸ“Good grasp of Web3 user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey. šŸ“Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics. šŸ“Strong leadership skills. šŸ“Excellent communication and presentation skills. šŸ“Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. šŸ“Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
