Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDevelop and implement a long-term brand strategy that aligns with the Arbitrum Foundationās overall business objectives. šDefine and articulate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning. šCreate a strong brand identity, including a logo, tagline, and visual language. šEstablish brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels. šDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and visibility. šLeverage a mix of Web3 and non-Web3 marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, PR, and paid advertising. šIdentify and partner with key influencers, partners and media outlets to amplify brand messaging. šMonitor brand sentiment and reputation, and take proactive measures to address any issues. šCreate and manage a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints, including the website and social media. šDevelop and implement full-funnel marketing programs to foster long-term relationships with builders and users. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in product launches and updates. šEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand health and marketing effectiveness. šTrack and analyze brand metrics, such as brand awareness, brand perception, and brand preference. šUse data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
š5+ years in full-funnel campaign design and management across growth and brand, in relation to Web2 and Web3 experiences; case study & presentation required during the interview. šProven track record in brand marketing, preferably in the blockchain industry and in-depth knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem. šGood grasp of Web3 user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey. šDeep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics. šStrong leadership skills. šExcellent communication and presentation skills. šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. šAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
