Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šOwn and manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others) to enhance our brand presence. šPlan and maintain an editorial calendar for employer branding content, ensuring consistency and engagement. šWrite, design, and publish engaging content (social media posts, blogs, employee spotlights, videos) to showcase our company culture, team, and career opportunities. šCollaborate with employees, hiring managers, and HR to gather authentic content and stories. šCreate visual and multimedia content using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or basic video-editing software. šUtilize Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and other tools to track and measure the performance of employer branding campaigns. šMonitor social media engagement metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness. šSupport campus recruitment efforts, including building and maintaining relationships with professors, career centers, and student organizations.
Requirements
š2+ years of experience in employer branding, content marketing, social media management, or HR-related branding. šStrong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging content. šExperience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) for employer branding purposes. šProficiency in Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and other tracking tools for performance measurement. šAbility to independently plan, execute, and track employer branding initiatives. šStrong collaboration and communication skills to work with HR, marketing, and leadership teams. šBasic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other content creation tools. šKnowledge of fintech, AI, or trading industry trends (or a strong willingness to learn). šBilingual proficiency in English & Mandarin
