Job Summary
You will
đź“ŤAnalyze large, complex datasets (on-chain and off-chain) to derive strategic and product insights đź“ŤDevelop models and dashboards to monitor validator performance, user behavior, and protocol performance đź“ŤInvestigate network economics, user incentives, and staking flows to support growth strategies, research new revenue opportunities đź“ŤConduct exploratory and root-cause analysis of ecosystem or performance changes đź“ŤBuild data tools and reporting frameworks to scale internal decision-making đź“ŤPresent insights and data stories clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
You have
📍5+ years of experience in data analysis, strategy, or research roles in tech, fintech, or crypto 📍Proficiency in advanced SQL and Python (must be comfortable working with large, complex datasets) 📍Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills – ability to work from ambiguous problem statements to clear recommendations 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) 📍Experience with data visualization tools like Superset, Metabase, Looker, or Tableau
