Responsibilities

📍ETL Support: Assist with data extraction, transformation, and loading to ensure reliable and accurate datasets. 📍Database Management: Write, optimise, and troubleshoot SQL queries; work with relational and non-relational databases. 📍Data Analysis & Insights: Explore and analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. 📍Reporting & Visualisation: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Datawind Dashboard, Tableau, or Power BI. 📍Collaboration: Work closely with analysts, data scientists, and engineers on cross-functional projects. 📍Documentation & Best Practice: Contribute to process documentation, data dictionaries, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

📍Currently studying towards a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. 📍Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with at least one database management system (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB). 📍Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python (pandas, NumPy), or R. 📍Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. 📍Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 📍Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
