Responsibilities

📍Assist the Product Manager in conducting demand research, designing, and iterating features for Web3 wallet and on-chain trading products. 📍Conduct in-depth research on the on-chain ecosystem, proposing innovative product solutions based on insights into ecosystem dynamics and user behavior. 📍Analyze on-chain data and user feedback to optimize wallet interaction, performance, and security. 📍Collaborate closely with development, design, and security teams to ensure efficient feature implementation and successful launches. 📍Continuously monitor Web3 ecosystem trends, identifying potential hotspots and growth opportunities. 📍Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and flowcharts to drive project progress effectively.

Requirements

📍Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Blockchain, or Finance-related fields. 📍Familiarity with on-chain ecosystems (e.g., EVM, Solana, MoveVM) and hands-on interaction experience. 📍Active user of Web3 wallets and on-chain trading products, with practical trading experience; candidates with a systematic methodology are preferred. 📍Strong learning and adaptability skills, capable of quickly grasping new concepts and product models. 📍Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities, thriving in a fast-paced international team environment. 📍Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
