Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Exposure to our 24*7 coverage support process 📍Investigating and resolving user issues in timely manner for spot trading/wallet unit 📍Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product managers, developer and management team on enhancement execution 📍Analyze data, and follow through system/workflow enhancements 📍Drive and deliver project/initiatives within designated timelines 📍Monitor risk/operations alert and resolve/escalate issues related to daily operations.
