đź“ŤExposure to our 24*7 coverage support process đź“ŤInvestigating and resolving user issues in timely manner for spot trading/wallet unit đź“ŤCollaborate with internal stakeholders including product managers, developer and management team on enhancement execution đź“ŤAnalyze data, and follow through system/workflow enhancements đź“ŤDrive and deliver project/initiatives within designated timelines đź“ŤMonitor risk/operations alert and resolve/escalate issues related to daily operations.
