Key Responsibilities:

📍Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement scalable backend services and APIs that support business logic and application functionality. 📍System Optimization: Ensure backend systems are optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability to handle increasing loads. 📍Database Management: Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases to design schemas, write efficient queries, and manage large-scale data. 📍API Development: Build RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to enable seamless integration with frontend and external systems. 📍Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and industry standards. 📍Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend, DevOps, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality features and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

📍4–9 years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer or Software Engineer with a focus on backend development. 📍Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, Node.js, or similar. 📍Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles. 📍Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis. 📍Hands-on experience with building and consuming APIs (RESTful or GraphQL). 📍Knowledge of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven design.
