Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
šDesign automated hardware-in-the-loop (HITL, HIL) test platforms to validate Starlink software. šBuild and develop ground support equipment to power, monitor, and control satellite avionics, ground stations, user terminals and test infrastructure. šDevelop software to simulate flight-like, on-orbit, scenarios to evaluate vehicle and network performance. šResolve test system and flight software bugs that require in-depth investigations with experts across the organization. šAutomate testcase failure detection and test performance analysis. Integrate new test platforms into the Starlink CI (continuous integration) and software release process. šPerform hands-on integration and troubleshooting of Starlink hardware and software. šCollaborate closely with Starlink engineering teams to provide a reliable, fast, accurate and easy-to-use integrated test platform.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
šBachelorās degree in computer science, engineering, math, or STEM discipline and 1+ years of professional experience in test systems, software or hardware development; OR 3+ years of professional experience in test systems, software or hardware development in lieu of a degree (internship experience is applicable). šDevelopment experience in C, C++, or python.
