Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, business plans, and operational improvements. šŸ“Conduct research, data analysis, and market assessments to identify growth opportunities, competitive trends, and industry best practices. šŸ“Support the development of business cases, financial models, and feasibility studies to evaluate new ventures, initiatives, and investment opportunities. šŸ“Assist in the design and implementation of performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor business performance and drive continuous improvement. šŸ“Conduct process assessments and identify areas for optimization, streamlining, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. šŸ“Analyze data, generate insights, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and action plans. šŸ“Collaborate with stakeholders to drive change management initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new strategies and processes. šŸ“Support project management activities, including project planning, coordination, and tracking of deliverables, milestones, and timelines. šŸ“Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, providing recommendations for business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. šŸ“3 years of work experience in a consulting firm, specializing in strategy, operations, or management consulting. šŸ“Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. šŸ“Proficient in conducting market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and business case development. šŸ“Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
