Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, business plans, and operational improvements. šConduct research, data analysis, and market assessments to identify growth opportunities, competitive trends, and industry best practices. šSupport the development of business cases, financial models, and feasibility studies to evaluate new ventures, initiatives, and investment opportunities. šAssist in the design and implementation of performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor business performance and drive continuous improvement. šConduct process assessments and identify areas for optimization, streamlining, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. šAnalyze data, generate insights, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and action plans. šCollaborate with stakeholders to drive change management initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new strategies and processes. šSupport project management activities, including project planning, coordination, and tracking of deliverables, milestones, and timelines. šStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, providing recommendations for business growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
šBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. š3 years of work experience in a consulting firm, specializing in strategy, operations, or management consulting. šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. šProficient in conducting market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and business case development. šSolid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. šDemonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
