Responsibilities

📍Serve as a primary coordinator for the cofounders, CEO, and other senior leaders of the company 📍Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements 📍Monitor and report on key business metrics, including financial and operational performance 📍Assist in the development and implementation of company strategy and annual planning 📍Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and integration across the organization 📍Manage and optimize key operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness 📍Define tasks and activities, assigning responsibilities to team members 📍Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met. 📍Support the CEO in preparing for and attending board meetings and investor interactions 📍Communicate the company's priorities and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements

📍2+ years of experience working in management consulting, investment banking or professional services 📍6+ years of experience working in high-paced development environment as an assistant or coordinator 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 📍Highly organized, strategic thinker 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills 📍Experience in project management or program management 📍Ability to distil complex information into clear and concise presentations 📍Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization. 📍Fluency in English required, fluency in Mandarin highly preferred
