Job Summary
What You’ll be Doing:
📍Partner with product leads to shape and execute Genies’ vision for AI-powered Smart Avatars, Smart Assets, and Smart Games, ensuring we deliver utility and long-term stickiness. 📍Deliver innovative Smart Avatar user experiences that reinforce, enhance and extend the brand equity of Genies 📍Build competitive intelligence: track evolving trends in AI characters, chat culture, and multiplayer games to inform our roadmap and inspire new formats. 📍Coordinate playtests, avatar experiments, and user research to understand how players engage with AI Genies—and where the product falls short.\n- Help define the success metrics and instrumentation plans for measuring Genie engagement, retention, and contribution to the creator ecosystem. 📍Lead the operational process of validating and scaling novel Smart Avatar use cases, especially multiplayer chat formats, from proof-of-concept to live experiences. 📍Motivate, support, and drive teams of engineers and cross-functional department leads to ensure product quality, delivery, performance and execution 📍Document feature requirements, edge cases, and content pipelines to bridge technical feasibility and creative ambition across AI, animation, and 3D asset systems. 📍Act as a relentless advocate for our user experience: be in the weeds of our Smart Avatar experiences weekly, surfacing bugs, insights, and feature gaps that could unlock user growth or deeper engagement.
What You Should Have:
📍1-2 years of Product Management experience within consumer facing applications and products (social networking experience a plus), consulting, co-founder or related technical role. 📍Typically 1 year of experience building and shipping technical products. 📍Utilize consumer insights and market intelligence to deliver new product features and ideas 📍Experience partnering with engineering teams and designers to drive execution of product roadmaps 📍Exceptional organizational and communication skills; a meticulous eye for detail with a passion for delivery innovative user experiences/products 📍Experience with both consumer mobile and web based products; preferably Social Media Apps & Platforms, UGC tools, Developer Tools, or Mixed Reality Experiences/Platforms 📍Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred)
