Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šConduct quality assurance sampling, testing, and reporting of various AML/KYCprocesses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies andprocedures šWork with Program Governance management and other stakeholders within Compliance to recommend and influence solutions that will mitigate compliance risk šInvestigate, prepare responses, and track regulatory customer complaints šAssist with the development and monitoring of Compliance KRI/KPIs through use of data analytics šAssist with development and deployment of annual financial crime compliance training enterprise-wide šAssist with audit and exam management
Minimum Qualifications:
šBA/BS degree š2-4 years of relevant work experience within the financial services, digital asset or management consulting space šStrong attention to detail and organization šSuperior written and verbal communication skills šProficient with Google Suite šDemonstrated ability to manage several projects simultaneously
