Job Summary
Key Responsibilites
šSocial Media Trend Monitoring: Regularly track and analyze current trends on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), and provide actionable insights to the merchandising and content creation teams for product and campaign development. šContent Creation: Assist in simple content creation tasks. Can create on Instagram and TikTok quickly. šVIP Orders: Support influencers and celebrities throughout their design process including creating designs, reviewing CADs, providing feedback, placing orders, tracking orders, and following up on content. šSales and Marketing Support: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing and distributing promotional codes, updating customer account types, and ensuring smooth execution of promotional campaigns. šHomepage Merchandising: Curate and execute homepage merchandising. šNew Categories: Support merchandising on the launch of new categories by pulling sample decks, grading data, and running basic analytics.
Qualifications
š1-2 years of experience in marketing, merchandising, or content creation šA keen interest in application of generative AI technologies šExcellent quantitative analysis skills and attention to detail šA fearless approach to creating novel solutions and the ability to thrive in ambiguity šAn entrepreneurial attitude with high ownership mentality, proactive attitude, and bias towards action šStrong communication and interpersonal skills
