Job Summary
This role will require you to:
📍Develop and implement marketing analytics frameworks to guide strategy across key channels (digital, paid, email). 📍Build the analytics infrastructure, including dashboards and reporting tools, to enable real-time insights and empower teams with actionable data. 📍Influence marketing strategies by providing deep insights into user behavior, campaign performance, and growth opportunities. 📍Conduct in-depth cohort and channel analysis to identify trends and drive personalized marketing efforts. 📍Collaborate with product, growth, and engineering teams to align analytics with overarching business objectives. 📍Establish best practices for data usage and champion a data-driven culture across the organization.
Requirements:
📍Proven experience in building analytics functions from scratch, ideally in fintech, Web3, gamedev or blockchain. 📍Expertise in tools like SQL, Python/R, Dune, or similar. 📍Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights. 📍Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing decision-making at all levels.
