Role Responsibilities

📍Lead the launch of the global Ambassador Program and manage the day to day operations 📍Work with Community Lead to create and implement iterative scaling strategy aligned with business objectives and goals 📍Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain a diverse and impactful group of ambassadors to expand audiences, awareness, community engagement and build global culture 📍Work with Marketing and Ecosystem teams to design and execute impactful campaigns and programs that align with business objectives and goals 📍Develop and hone successful incentive plans, management systems and strategies for ambassadors 📍Manage and track deliverables, performance/KPIs, and ROI using data centric tools and systems to drive meaningful insights 📍Collaborate with Marketing to shape and promote content, ensure seamless brand and product storytelling, and create content repositories and resources 📍Represent the organization at in-person and virtual events

Basic Qualifications

📍3+ years professional tech community experience, and 1+ years managing ambassador programs 📍Background in Web3 and/or Gaming 📍Excellent people management and networking skills; familiar with how to recruit and manage creator/influencer types 📍Highly organized and data driven, with exceptional project and program management abilities 📍Professionally fluent with a variety of social platforms and community tools
