📌 About the Opportunity: An administrative manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an organization, including creating policies, and ensuring the efficient and effective flow of work.

📌 Job Description Reporting to the Administration Team Lead and assist in managing the office administration and facility services, and work closely with the head office.Experience in a related field, such as renovation project, office M&E, Fixed Assets Management, Procurement Management, or financial reporting, preferred.Experience in handling Corporate Business Travel is preferred.Monitor inventory of fixed asset and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.Coordination between countries to provide administration support for the internal team and HQ.Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations. Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developmentsAssist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the dept.

📌 Requirements: Degree holder with minimum 5 years office administrative experience (Business Travel arrangement, procurement, fixed asset management or facilities management exp. is preferred), preferably with Fintech/ technology industry exp.In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policiesStrong supervisory, interpersonal and negotiation skills and able to work under pressureFluency in written and spoken English and MandarinProficient PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese typingImmediate availability is highly preferred
