Job Summary
What you’ll be doing:
📍 Financial Operations 📍Support daily and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies. 📍Assist with sub-account and month-end closings. 📍Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for financial statements and audit purposes. 📍Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) 📍Process vendor invoices, manage payment cycles, and reconcile statements. 📍Handle AP accruals at month-end. Issue invoices, track payments, manage collections, and perform AR reconciliations and reporting.
What we’re looking for:
📍Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA). 📍Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in fintech or cryptocurrency sector preferred. 📍Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, or other cloud-based systems). 📍Strong skills in MS Office / Google Suite, especially Excel. 📍Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. 📍Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
