Job Summary
Major Responsibilities
📍Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships 📍Operate as the lead point of contact for any communicating issues 📍Work with clients objections 📍Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed 📍Participate in the sales process 📍Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives 📍Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders 📍Prepare reports on account status 📍Collaborate with team to identify and grow opportunities
Your skills:
📍Knowledge of current market trends, industry developments in the cryptocurrency space. 📍Strong business communication skills 📍Excellent English language skills (C1), both written and verbal, to ensure smooth and effective client communication 📍Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a sales or account management environment 📍Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and objectives, and effectively position solutions to meet those requirements 📍Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service 📍Ability to resolve conflicts and address client objections in a professional and solution-oriented manner
