Job Summary
What You Will Work On
šBuild strong relationships with assigned clients šWork alongside the the Account Executives to win new business and increase sales šProvide support for customers in the pre-sales and post-sales processes šMaintain CRM including recording details notes from meetings with clients šAnswering client questions via their designated support channel šCommunicate new feature launches šBuild dashboards, watchlists and news feeds for new clients šAggregate product feedback from clients and present to the product team šProspect and network for upsells to existing clients šDrive net retention
Requirements
šBA/BS degree or relevant experience šExperience or passion for cryptocurrency markets is strongly preferred šAn ability to gasp customersā needs and suggest timely solutions šExcellent presentation, relationship building and communication skills šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills šCRM and client prospecting experience
