Responsibilities

📍Drive the research agenda by contributing to the creation and publishing of thought leadership reports, webinar & event content, and client newsletters. 📍Lead and manage the Listings Research team, providing guidance and support to improve asset listing process, maintain high quality data including token unlocks and fundraising data, and identify new proprietary unstructured data sets. 📍Automate data monitoring processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of data in The Tie Terminal. 📍Utilize our data set library and component-building tools to build insightful dashboards and custom components for our clients. 📍Stay up to date with the latest developments and advancements in the crypto market, and provide thought leadership within the organization and the industry. 📍Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. 📍Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. Interest in, and passion for, the crypto industry. Degen-level understanding of protocol mechanics and functions is required. 📍Prior professional experience in crypto and/or financial markets. 📍Experience with Python and SQL is a plus. 📍Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team. 📍Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. 📍Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide research-driven insights. 📍Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to the overall goals of the organization. 📍You are creative and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. You’re self-driven and will be able to work in both a team environment and work independently towards solutions.
