Job Summary
Craft and Execute High-Impact Growth Strategies
📍Design and launch a robust demand generation engine, driving scalable growth across digital and campaign channels. 📍Partner across marketing and cross-functionally (Sales, Product, and Customer Success) to align on growth goals and create a seamless customer journey from first touch to loyal advocate. 📍Campaign & Channel Optimization 📍Oversee integrated campaigns delivery, including all digital channels. 📍Drive customer marketing strategy from communication and engagement, through advocacy and expansion campaigns. 📍Constantly optimize channels and campaigns for impact and efficiency, tracking metrics that matter—from MQLs and pipeline growth to customer acquisition costs.
Requirements:
📍10+ years of performance-driven marketing experience, with a track record of growth in B2B tech environments 📍At least 5 years of experience in managing and scaling high-performing marketing teams. 📍Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. 📍Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics). 📍Strong collaborator and easy to work with across time-zones 📍Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. 📍Self-starter with the ability to drive change across an organization
