šStrategic Leadership: šGuide and mentor engineering leaders, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. šSet the technical vision and align engineering efforts with organizational goals. šTechnical Expertise: šOversee the design of critical system components and evaluate emerging technologies. šConduct technical reviews, optimize engineering practices, and support security assessments. šDecentralized Development: šDevelop processes to enable open-source contributors to deliver secure, high-quality code across the OP-Stack ecosystem. šOperational Excellence: šImplement tools and processes to enhance engineering efficiency and ensure consistent delivery. šDrive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a high-performance engineering environment. šCollaboration & Communication: šWork closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and DevOps, to ensure cohesive architecture and best practices. šServe as a technical leader, bridging engineering efforts with broader organizational strategies.
What You Bring:
š15+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably within the blockchain or cryptocurrency sectors. šProven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects, from ideation to production. šDeep understanding of software architecture, design principles, and development best practices. šExpertise in Ethereum, the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), and Layer 2 scaling technologies preferred.
