Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLead the overall sales strategy and execution for trading and tokenization solutions, with a focus on acquiring and retaining enterprise-level clients across multiple industries (e.g., brokerage, traditional finance, fintech, blockchain, real estate). Set ambitious growth targets and ensure alignment with company objectives. šIdentify, target, and engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at large enterprises to present and sell our trading and tokenization platforms. Build long-term relationships and ensure high customer retention and satisfaction across strategic accounts. šServe as a thought leader in the tokenization and trading space, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes. Use market insights to shape the product and sales strategy and position the company as a leader in the space. šPartner closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client needs, product capabilities, and go-to-market efforts. Provide valuable feedback from clients and prospects to inform product development and enhancements. šOversee the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure. šEnsure smooth collaboration between sales, legal, and technical teams to manage complex deal structures. šDevelop and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, including financial institutions, blockchain platforms, exchanges, and other relevant stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to build visibility and credibility. šLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success. šEstablish KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of sales efforts, analyze sales trends, and optimize the sales pipeline. Regularly report progress to senior leadership, including the CRO and CEO, on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements
š10+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a focus on trading platforms, tokenization, blockchain, or digital assets. At least 5 years in a leadership or VP role managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in the fintech or financial services industry. šDeep understanding of trading solutions, tokenization technologies, blockchain, and digital assets, including security tokens, NFTs, tokenized assets, and crypto trading. Familiarity with market trends, regulations, and challenges in this space. šProven ability to drive complex sales processes from lead generation through to closing, particularly in large, multi-million-dollar deals. šStrong negotiation skills with a focus on creating value-driven partnerships.
